SYNOPSIS
Après avoir éliminé la menace que représentait l’armée de Golan, Kenshirô prend le chemin du village natal de Batt pour y raccompagner Taki, enfant égaré dans le désert à la recherche d’une âme charitable susceptible d’aider les siens.
Arrivés sur place, ils découvrent qu’une vieille femme est seule pour protéger la ville devenue un refuge pour les orphelins.
Souffrant depuis longtemps de la pénurie d’eau, Taki décide d’aller en dérober dans un puits voisin, gardé par une bande de brutes sanguinaires dirigée par le cruel Jackal…
Et Taki est assassiné sans ménagement…
Ne pouvant laisser ce crime gratuit impuni, Kenshirô élimine l’un des chacals et sauve le village de la sécheresse en faisant appel au Hokuto Shinken. Il libère l’eau d’une source tarie et redonne espoir aux enfants qui voient en lui le sauveur de l’humanité.
Mais leur situation n’est pas radieuse très longtemps… Jackal et sa bande, ayant eu vent de cette nouvelle source, décident de prendre le village d’assaut en l’absence de Kenshirô. La vieille femme est donc seule pour tenter de sauver les orphelins d’une mort certaine…
Jackal n’a que faire de cette faible résistance mais va réveiller la colère du Hokuto !
