Le 31 octobre prochain à l'occasion de la « World Fantasy Convention », aura lieu les « World Fantasy Award » en la ville de Tempe (Arizona - USA). Les nominés des 9 catégories suivantes, sont comme à l'accoutumée jugés sur leur travail de 2003. Cinq juges changeant tous les ans valideront les sélectionnés aux premier et second tours, dont deux d'entre eux seront choisis par des lecteurs.
